On Sunday 18th November we hosted our second vintage and retro fair at Haigh Hall and what a day it was. We would like to thank all the lovely people who came to the event and made it a wonderful day, our next fair at Haigh Hall is Sunday 7th April 2013.
The Hall was decorated with Christmas decorations around open fires, while Chorley brass band welcomed visitors.
Then we had beautiful Bexi Owen singing throughout the day.
On Sunday 2nd December we are organising our last event of the year at Wigan Investment Centre to coincide with the Trencherfield Mill open day. For this event we have decided to organise a retro Christmas Gift Market, where there will be a variety of stalls selling unique gifts for others and of course yourself.
This event is perfect for the whole family as the Trencherfield Mill will be operating its large steam wheel, with information on what the Mill was used for during the industrial revolution. Canal boats (weather pending) will be running up and down providing mini trips. There will also be a mini fun fair outside the Mill. The fair will then take place on the right hand side (look for Vibrant Vintage outside the room) inside the Wigan Investment Centre which is situated alongside the canal. The retro Christmas Gift Market opens at 10am and finishes at 4pm, with free admission and parking all day. There will be more craft stalls on the left hand side organised by the cafe, food and drink will be available at the cafe or from individual stalls.
